What is a Learner’s License (LL)?

A Learner’s License (LL) is an official provisional document issued by the Regional Transport Office (RTO) that legally permits you to learn driving on public roads under the supervision of a licensed driver or certified motor driving school instructor. In Maharashtra (Wadala RTO MH-03), a Learner’s License is valid for 6 months from the date of issue across all states in India.
